Selection Process
- NALCO shall utilize Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering-2025 (GATE-2025) marks for the recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs).
- Candidates must have qualified GATE 2025 examination in relevant discipline. Only the GATE-2025 mark is valid for this recruitment process.
- Based on GATE-2025 marks and organizational requirement, candidates will be short listed for a personal interview.
- The eligible candidates will be called for the interview based on the qualifying marks secured in GATE 2025, discipline-wise, category-wise, in the ratio of 1:10.
- The final selection of candidates shall be based on marks secured in GATE-2025 and their performance in the Personal Interview.
- The weightages assigned to GATE marks and Personal Interview are 90% and 10%, respectively.
- Candidates shall be eligible to apply provided they have appeared in GATE-2025 in relevant GATE papers: Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), and Chemical Engineering (CH).
